The “Trick” with short hair is to keep the ends tousled and soft so it looks feminine. To get ready for October hair, add Volume Blow Dry Lotion or Cream into the hair before blow-drying. Then brush bangs across the forehead and spritzed the hair with Medium Hold Hairspray.
